When we think about history, we have a tendency to generalise all who came before us as stuffy, archaic, and conservative. In a world where gender seems to be at the forefront of conversation, particularly gender identity, it’s hard not to assume that we’re doing something completely novel.
On 16 April 2025, the UK Supreme Court ruled that the legal definition of a woman will be based on biological sex. In simple terms, this means that transgender women - even those with a Gender Recognition Certificate - may not be legally recognised as women.

Here at Fall From Grace we want to remove the stigma of Mental Health being something to whisper about. We want to let people know that it is ok to not be ok: its normal. We want to spread the word that mental health is an important part of our overall health. It is not something to be ignored but something to be aware of and look after.
